After a quick stop at home to pick up that marriage license thingie that the church needs, we were at the church. Mr Pug stayed outside and greeted some of our groomsmen, friends, and family.
"Oh Hi! I'm Mr Pug!"
And here's my wonderful father in law, walking into the church.
Best Man Dan checked out the lovely programs I made. I like to pretend he was admiring them but Mr P said he was reading them dramatically aloud. Nice.
Meanwhile... I was having a bridezilla meltdown. I came in the church and saw something rude that really upset me. Just a guest who, whether she meant to or not, made me lose my cool and get frantic.
I just stormed around setting everything up. Here's my sister M helping me. Check out the look on her face below! She's like... "hellllllpppppp...." as I clearly bitch on and on with no end in sight.
Seriously look, I couldn't even take a real picture with Best Man Dan.
Mr P was cool as a cucumber though! He hung out with groomsman Z. Very Buddy Jesus of them.
Groomsman Z and his sister, Lyd, who is one of my best friends in Indy. She did a reading at the wedding.
Our guests poured in. I love this picture that captured friends WB and Hil in a hilarious pose.
I needed someone to cool me down. Who could I go to? MY MOM, duh.
I got a picture with my mom and my uncle Bill.
My mom is so positive and helped me block out the drama and hurt feelings. With her help, I was ready to walk down the aisle!
Yay for more recaps! I still can't get over how beautiful you look in your dress, even if you were a pissed off bride for a moment there!
ReplyDeleteCan't wait to see the ceremony!
